Summary:

 

1728, England. Uke Yutaka is a young Scottish medical apprentice, who is being accredited with being the best student of his class for study of mental illnesses, in the United Kingdom. Thus, he is being directly recruited by one of the heads of the United Kingdom's Medical Department, Niikura Kaoru, as he assisst the Hayashi family, a well-established and important English family, with one of their seven sons. However, rumor has it that, obscure dealings happen in the Hayashi manor, which has since been renamed the House of Sin. Will Yutaka end up being engulfed by the Hayashi's Inferno, or will he become the purifier of the House of Sin?
